The Wellington Rail Programme Business Case has been developed to explore and determine how the rail network needs to evolve in order to deliver strategic outcomes being sought both regionally and nationally. The Programme Business Case provides detail of how the Wellington Regional Rail Strategic Direction, contained within the current Regional Public Transport Plan, will be delivered and achieved.
