The questions provide a guide in order to satisfy the minimum information requirements that must be included with your application as prescribed in Schedule 4 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). Depending on the scale of your proposed activity, more detailed information and an Assessment of Environmental Effects (AEE) will be required to support the resource consent application.

Separate application forms should be used for any discharge of contaminants or water into coastal marine area (Form 4a). If you are applying to replace an existing consent for a boatshed please fill in application form 7b, or if you are applying for a swing mooring please fill in application form 7c.
